I spend most of my time deep in Microsoft 365, looking at real tenants and figuring out why they’re insecure, misconfigured, or quietly becoming less secure over time.

That usually means identity, email security, and odd config decisions that most people never spot (or just don’t have time to keep up with).

I was Co-Founder of Inside Agent (now acquired by Huntress), built because we kept seeing the same thing: tenants that looked secure on paper, but weren’t in reality. Not because people didn’t care but because Microsoft 365 is complex, always changing, and Microsoft likes moving the buttons.

I’m a Microsoft nerd. I like understanding how things actually work, not just how they’re supposed to work. (Have you read some Microsoft docs? 😅)

This site is where I share practical notes and write-ups that should help you secure your Microsoft 365 tenant.
